About Frank

I'm an experienced programmer and project manager. After working in the fields of location analysis and environmental data management, I've become increasingly involved in web-enabled campaigning and website development.

I bring a combination of technical programming and communication skills to tackle problems for people make things work. I like simple solutions and I'm averse to over-fussy design.

I use free and open-source software because it works well, and gives the customer confidence about future control over the software which their website runs on.

To complete projects successfully, I call on the technical skills of a range of freelance specialists for graphic design, brand identity, web page implementation and custom programming. This ensures that the right mix of skills is deployed on every job.

We contract freelance graphic designers, programmers, content management specialists and multimedia experts to meet the requirements of a particular job.

On each of the project descriptions in our portfolio you will find credits for the web team who worked on that project.
